HR Manager - Wallingford - Part-time (25 hours per week)

Up until now, most aspects of HR have been handled by our Chairman and his long-suffering PA😊...and whilst many areas work extremely well, we also recognize the time is right to bring in some professional expertise.  The right person would embrace the culture of the business and deliver on key areas, such as recruitment, contracts, training, workforce training, personnel reviews, incentive plans and policies.  This is an important, broad ranging and hands-on role that is key to our continued success.  We are therefore looking for someone with at least five years experience in a similarly demanding role and who can understand and engage with the entire team across our ten sites.

Qualifications required:

  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • A strong knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice
  • At least five years experience in a similar role
