Groundcare Service Engineers - Ockham & Ashford

We are currently looking for two top-flight Service Engineers to work on a variety of Groundcare & Construction products.  Based at our Ockham or Ashford depot, you would be joining a very knowledgeable and friendly team with a good mix of age and experience and whilst the work is technically challenging, we look to provide a well-structured training programme that works in conjunction with the Kubota UK.  Much of the repair and service work is carried out on-site and so a fully expensed vehicle will be provided.  The mainly mobile role means that every day is different but you still retain the support of the base at the depot and the majority of our work tends to be with contractors, councils, schools, golf courses, private estates and plant hire companies. If you would like to meet to discuss the role in more detail then please don’t hesitate to contact Jason: jason@listerwilder.co.uk or 07836 376644

Assistant Parts Manager
Working from: Ockham (Near Guildford)
Full Time: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Supporting our activities in Surrey and Central London, no other branch has a greater concentration of golf courses, private estates, contractors or tree surgeons on their doorstep and as a result this depot is going from strength to strength.  We are now looking for a Assistant Parts Mannager to join the team – someone who understands the demands of our industry, has a good working knowledge of machinery and who can give our customers the outstanding levels of customer service that they expect and deserve.

A good working knowledge of the machinery is always a huge help when identifying parts but when it comes to training on our systems and processes this will all be provided in a structured way from the existing team.  This position comes with a strong package and great prospects therefore if you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss the opportunity in more detail, please phone Jason on 07836 376644 or email jason@listerwilder.co.uk

Experienced Agricultural Service Engineers - Wallingford, Cirencester, Devizes and Bristol Branches

We are fortunate to represent some outstanding franchises such as Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, Challenger, CAT and Vaderstad. You will therefore be working on some of the most advanced machinery in the market place, and alongside an outstanding team of like minded engineers, who have an excellent mix of age and experience.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to welcome many engineers from other brands who have gone on to thrive within our business, proving that changing companies can really make a difference. It’s also clear that switching brands can feel strange for a while, but the support that's available from within the depots, combined with a structured training programme from Agco, means that within no time at all you feel part of the family.

We value the role of the service engineer extremely highly. This is not only reflected in the way you are treated but we make sure that our pay is amongst the best in the industry.
